Job summary

Anderson Propane in Caldwell, Ohio, is seeking a propane delivery driver to load, transport, and deliver propane safely to residential and commercial customers. You will perform daily vehicle inspections and collaborate with dispatch and service teams to meet on-time delivery goals.

The role requires a valid Class A or B CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Flexibility for after-hours on-call shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Driving record meeting company insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work on-call and outside regular hours when required.
• Commitment to following safety procedures without exception.
• Experience with residential or commercial customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call rotations, including extended or after-hours work as needed.

Job description

Anderson Propane is a propane company built by operators who understand what it takes to serve customers well. Our drivers work closely with service technicians, dispatch, and local leadership to deliver safe, on-time service while maintaining strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do in Your First 30 Days

• Complete onboarding, safety training, and ride-alongs to learn EDP delivery routes and procedures
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (DDVIR) and document findings accurately
• Begin independent deliveries with support from dispatch and service teams
• Learn how we communicate with customers, handle after-hours calls, and elevate service needs appropriately

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Pay: $27-30 per hour (based on experience)
