Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is looking for delivery professionals in Paducah, KY to work as a team delivering Sleep Number products. You will operate with a partner, communicate product benefits, and create a positive customer experience focused on quality sleep.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical stamina to lift 200+ lbs with assistance, and reliable schedule adherence. A free Sleep Number bed is included as a perk.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with partner.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must have and maintain identification for access to military bases (Real ID, Enhanced ID, Passport, DoD ID, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver with a partner in a team environment while representing Sleep Number.
• Communicate product features and benefits to customers during delivery.
• Provide a positive customer experience and ensure quality sleep setup.
• Maintain safety and comply with company policies during routes.

What You Bring To The Truck...
