The position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking store shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers, as well as building displays and setting up promotional materials such as signs and banners. The role also entails generating invoices and handling daily cash and charge settlements, with frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive position requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) repeatedly during the workday. It involves reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products across various weather conditions. Long work hours may be necessary during peak seasons like summer.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic maneuvering skills
• Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift
• Merchandise and rotate products according to local standards, including filling shelves, building displays, and removing out-of-date products
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products to and from trucks
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations
• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
