Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking delivery professionals to join our team. You’ll partner with a teammate to deliver and set up Sleep Number mattresses, ensuring a great first night for customers.

Base rates start at $21.75 per hour with a potential to earn up to $400 more each month through our incentive program. You’ll receive on-the-job training, a complimentary Sleep Number bed, and climate-controlled trucks to support a safe, positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Be capable of lifting up to 200+ lbs with partner
• Must have and maintain identification for access to military bases (Real ID, Passport Card, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Deliver with a partner in a team environment.
• Lead customers experience to a great first night of sleep by communicating product features and benefits.
• Becoming a trusted Sleep Expert and delivering proven quality sleep.
• Represent Sleep Number and maintain safety and professionalism on all deliveries.

What You Bring To The Truck

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing role
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
