Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is hiring delivery specialists to work in a team delivering Sleep Number products. Base pay starts at $19.75 per hour with an opportunity to earn up to a $400 monthly incentive and a complimentary Sleep Number bed. Climate-controlled trucks, paid on-the-job training, and team-based collaboration are provided.

You will represent a premiere brand, deliver quality sleep, and engage customers with product features while maintaining safety and efficiency in daily routes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with partner assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products with a partner in a team environment.
• Communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Represent the Sleep Number brand and ensure quality sleep delivery.
• Provide excellent customer experience on first night and beyond.

What You Bring To The Truck…

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
