Job summary

Lead the Way Logistics Inc. in Kalispell, MT is seeking motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. No CDL is required - we provide full training and everything you need to succeed. You will start and end your day at our warehouse, drive an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle, and handle 250–350 packages daily on your route.

This full-time role offers 4–5 days per week with 10.5-hour shifts, plus comprehensive benefits and Bi-Weekly pay. Lead the Way Logistics Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work some weekends.
• Flexible scheduling (including evenings past 8 PM).
