Job summary

Lead the Way Logistics Inc. in Kalispell, MT is hiring delivery drivers to join our Amazon DSP. No CDL needed; we provide full training and an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle.

You'll begin and end at the warehouse, deliver 250–350 packages daily on your route, and enjoy benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Work 4–5 days with 10.5‑hour shifts; bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• No CDL is required; training provided.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.

• Comfortable with flexible scheduling (including evenings past 8 PM).
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
