Lead the Way Logistics Inc. in Kalispell, MT is hiring Delivery Drivers. No CDL required; we provide full training and a $2000 sign-on bonus.

Earn $24.50/hour, with benefits including health, dental, and vision, 401(k) with company matching, paid time off and paid training. Work 4-5 days per week, 10.5-hour shifts, delivering 250-350 packages daily. You will start and end at our warehouse, drive an Amazon-delivered vehicle, and deliver excellent customer service throughout your route while

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work some weekends.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings past 8 PM.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
