Job summary

Graybar is hiring a Delivery Driver to safely operate a Graybar truck or van on a local daytime route from Monday to Friday. You will deliver to customers, provide excellent service, and communicate feedback while maintaining vehicle logs and using warehouse equipment when needed.

Position offers a stable daytime schedule, home evenings, and comprehensive benefits with employee stock ownership. CDL is not required, but DOT medical exam and CMV certification are needed to qualify.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Valid driver’s license for vehicle type.
• DOT medical exam and Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification required.
• Experience driving a van or truck ≤ 26,000 GVWR.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks.

More than a job - a career.As a Delivery Driver, you will have face-to-face contact with customers as you deliver orders. You will safely drive a Graybar truck or van from the warehouse to each destination, providing on-time delivery and good customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and passing along customer feedback, and even promoting services and products! One advantage of this role is that it is typically Monday-Friday during the day and you will be home each night.
