Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a delivery associate to support radiopharmaceutical and oncology product distribution on a dedicated early-morning route in Wisconsin. The role involves loading, routing with a handheld tablet, and safe handling of medical shipments.

You will work Monday through Friday 3:00am–11:00am with occasional weekend rotations, overtime, and the flexibility to adjust shifts. A valid driver's license, ability to lift 75 pounds, and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable with driving in all weather, day or night.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and rotating shifts.
• Basic reading/writing in English for documents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver radiopharmaceuticals/oncology meds to customer accounts on route.
• Package medications for shipment and load/unload containers.
• Use handheld tablet to scan orders, verify accuracy and navigate stops.
• Maintain vehicle and perform minor roadside repairs as needed.
• Perform general facility cleaning and other duties as required.

Shift/Schedule

• 40 hours weekly
• Monday - Friday 3:00am - 11:00am
• Rotating weekend work 3:30am - 7:30am, roughly once a month
• Candidate must be flexible to work different days, schedules, hours, come in early, stay late, or work overtime based on business needs.

What Pharmacy Services & Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health

Responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals or oncology pharmaceuticals to medical care providers in accordance with customer demand and requirements of the assigned route. Prepares doses for shipment, prepares cases, wipes doses, and loads and unloads containers in keeping with the prescribed safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT).

Responsibilities

• Prepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non-cdl)
• Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containers
• Uses a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information and navigation
• Processes packages returned from customer locations
• Maintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairs
• Performs general facility cleaning and other duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age due to driving of company owned vehicle
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hours
• Ability to lift and manageup to 75 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, be mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods of time
• Ability to work weekends, on call, holidays, overtime, alternate days/shifts, or be in a rotation
• Comfortable working in a nuclear environment
• Ability to use computers and tablets
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Prior delivery driving experience a plus
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Basic proficiency in English is required, including being able to read and write in English in order to process documents.
• May require vendor credentialing

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
