Job summary

Collēctīvus Holdings is seeking a Product Owner to lead delivery for Sorted's product organization. You will guide a cross-functional team of about 25 across mobile, backend, data, design, and QA, translating product direction into shippable work and ensuring commitments hold.

The role sits in the product function with responsibility for delivery outcomes, collaborating with leads to unblock work, maintain backlog readiness, and keep the delivery process reliable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product ownership, product delivery, or equivalent software product experience.
• Experience running delivery for multi-platform teams (iOS, Android, backend).
• Consumer mobile app experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes for the Sorted product team: scope, sequencing, and committed dates.
• Own execution sequencing within the product roadmap, turning direction into ready-to-build work.
• Own sprint commitments and release scope, including go/no-go decisions.
• Own scope trade-offs when delivery is at risk; escalate only when roadmap must change.
• Own the delivery process across functional leads and adjust when it stops working.
• Own operational product workflows: customer service escalations, bug management, release coordination.
• Own delivery health: risks surfaced and acted on before misses.
• Own backlog sequencing and readiness within the agreed product roadmap.
• Write and maintain clear specs and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.
