The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong computer and dispatch software skills, plus excellent communication, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of experience.
• Basic computer skills; experience with dispatch software preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales order delivery and act as customer contact.
• Schedule drivers daily to maximize service and minimize costs.
• Communicate between plant, field, customers and drivers.
• Review next day orders for accuracy, travel times, and delivery instructions.
• Direct less senior Dispatchers as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies in all work environments.
