Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать интеграции с платформами вовлечения, CMS и локализации.
• Разрабатывать AI-управляемые workflows для контента и QA.
• Внедрять автоматизированные проверки качества, доступности и соответствия.
• Создавать отчётность и самообслуживаемый доступ к данным по кампаниям.
• Превращать бизнес-требования в технические дизайны и масштабируемые возможности платформы.
• Обеспечивать безопасность, соответствие требованиям и повторное использование решений.

We are looking for a Consumer Engagement Automation Engineer to join a Digital Health platform focused on improving healthcare engagement and access to health information. This is an engineering role focused on building scalable automation systems that generate and deliver personalized communications across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. You will own the automation, data, integration, and AI-enabled workflows behind those communications rather than manually building individual campaigns.

• Build reusable engagement automation systems, templates-as-code, agent workflows, and campaign blueprints.


• Own the technical automation stack across email, push, SMS, and in-app communications.


• Design and maintain event/attribute schemas, segmentation models, integrations, and data pipelines supporting personalization.


• Build and maintain integrations with engagement, messaging, CMS, localization, and data platforms.


• Design AI-assisted workflows for content generation, assembly, localization, and QA.


• Implement automated quality controls for accuracy, accessibility, deliverability, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance.


• Build reporting and self-service data access for campaign and engagement performance.


• Translate engagement requirements into technical designs and scalable platform capabilities.


• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, maintainable, and reusable across multiple enterprise clients.

Требования:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle/CRM engineering, marketing technology, or a similar engineering-focused role.


• Strong hands‑on experience with Iterable or a comparable enterprise engagement/ESP platform.


• Strong technical foundation in SQL, APIs, data models, and integrations.


• Hands‑on scripting or development experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.


• Experience designing event and attribute schemas, segmentation logic, data pipelines, and personalization data flows.


• Ability to build reusable automation and tooling rather than only configure campaigns.


• Practical experience with AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, or agent-based automation.


• Experience designing validation or evaluation mechanisms for AI-generated content.


• Strong systems thinking, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.


• Ability to translate business/engagement requirements into technical solutions and work across Engineering, Data, Product, and business teams.


• Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.


• Будет плюсом: Healthcare or Digital Health experience; Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, TCPA, FCC, and CAN‑SPAM requirements; Experience with SendGrid, OneSignal, Twilio, Wagtail CMS, Lokalise, or comparable platforms; Experience with experimentation and analytics platforms such as Sigma; Experience building internal tooling, MCP integrations, AI agents, or agent frameworks; Experience with localization, A/B testing, campaign analytics, or multi-channel engagement platforms.
