Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Delivery Director to lead enterprise AI Foundry and Anthropic engagements, driving delivery excellence and client satisfaction across the portfolio. You will own executive client relationships and ensure successful delivery outcomes through collaboration with PMs, architects, and leadership.

The role requires guiding AI strategy, platform enablement, and governance across multiple projects, while collaborating with Sales and Practice Leaders to grow bookings and expand

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise AI delivery programs.
• Ability to manage multi‑million dollar portfolios across complex engagements.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality AI solutions on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery across the AI Foundry and Anthropic services portfolio.
• Develop trusted relationships with client executives, program sponsors, and technical leaders to drive adoption and growth.
• Oversee delivery of enterprise AI engagements including Claude-powered solutions, RAG, and data enablement.
• Be accountable for portfolio revenue forecasts, utilization, backlog, and margins.
• Partner with Sales to ensure seamless handoff from opportunity shaping through delivery.
