Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: meets expectations rating on latest appraisal.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: HR Cloud eLearning completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to drive sales.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Load, transport and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
• Maintain store vehicle and report repairs as needed.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules; operate vehicles and equipment.
