Job summary

Sherwin‑Williams in Sheboygan, WI is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver for Store #3197. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, based on experience.

You will deliver products to customers using box and flat-bed trucks, load orders, maintain vehicle, provide customer service, and follow safety regulations. This role requires a valid CDL or driver’s license and the ability to lift items as needed.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must have a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) or be willing to obtain one within five business days of conditional offer.
Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Must read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with customers and complete reports.
Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have at least a 3 rating on recent performance appraisal and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers from Sherwin‑Williams stores using box and flat‑bed trucks.
Load customer orders properly on the truck and load/unload safely.
Maintain the store vehicle and report maintenance needs to supervision.
Provide excellent customer service and handle questions or complaints.
Adhere to routes, schedules and safety regulations; operate equipment as needed.
Assist with store duties including tinting and mixing customer orders.
