Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to manage high-volume home deliveries across our network. You will coordinate routes, track deliveries, and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships to support safe, on-time service.

Responsibilities include daily data collection, performance reporting, and ensuring vehicle safety checks, with opportunities for overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–8 years of job-related experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery is a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support deliveries from start to finish, serving as the expert for questions and problems.
• Route and assign daily routes for each delivery team using Dispatch Track.
• Track merchandise, ensure accurate handling and delivery.
• Collect and review operational data and performance reports.
• Build relationships with customers, clients, and staff to drive improvements.
• Ensure daily truck inspections and safety measures are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Delivery Coordinator helps to manage the success of our operation in a high-volume home delivery environment. To be successful, the coordinator must maintain strong customer, colleague, and vendor relationships, and have a strong knowledge of safety protocols and proper delivery procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting deliveries from beginning to end, serving as the expert for answering questions and solving problems related to deliveries.
• Routing and assigning daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Tracking and ensuring merchandise is accurately accounted for, handled, and delivered.
• Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance report assessments.
• Building relationships and establish effective communication with customers, clients, and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements.
• Ensuring daily truck inspections + safety measures are met.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Employment Type & Hours

• Full-time position that will consist of 40 hours per week.
• Hours are 1100am to 700pm, Tuesday - Saturday
• Possible overtime during peak season
