Bob Mills Furniture Company is seeking a Full-Time Delivery Coordinator for our Solutions Center. You will interact with customers, answer questions about products and services, and help resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bob Mills Furniture Company is currently accepting applications for 1 Full-Time Delivery Coordinator within our Solutions Center, who is experienced with working in a small call center, fast-paced, high-energy environment.The Delivery Coordinator interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. They also handle and resolve customers' complaints, support the routing team and work hand in hand with the Supervisor and Director in Customer Service. Qualified candidates must have great interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities. They must be able to diffuse conflict situations and reach a resolution of customer issues in a pleasant, helpful manner. Must have open availability and be able to workdays, nights, and weekends.
