Job summary

Cyod is seeking an experienced Account Principal for Work Transformation to lead transformational programs and enhance customer value. This position allows fully remote work flexibility.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in account management and digital transformation, with significant roles in leading teams on Microsoft Office or Google Workspace implementations. You'll work closely with PMO leads and Enterprise Architects to ensure delivery excellence across high-value contracts.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of industry experience, including a role as a services delivery lead.
• At least 10 years in client/account management or digital transformation.
• Experience leading major implementations of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Act as the 'delivery CEO' for designated accounts.
• Manage professional services narrative across $1M+ contracts.
• Lead strategic business reviews and executive steering committee meetings.
