Qualifications

• 15-20 years of industry experience, including time as a services delivery lead or strategic consultant.
• At least 10 years in client/account management or leading digital transformation programs.
• Experience in major implementations or migrations of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Act as the 'delivery CEO' of designated accounts.
• Own the professional services narrative ensuring delivery excellence across contracts.
• Lead delivery of strategic business reviews and executive committee meetings.
