Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Denver to unload, stock, and move drywall, insulation, and other materials on residential and commercial job sites.

You will work as part of a team to ensure safe material handling, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries, while following OSHA and company safety policies. This role offers benefits and growth opportunities with a respected industry leader.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout shift.
• Basic math and instruction-following abilities.
• Experience in warehouse, delivery, or material handling roles preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload drywall, insulation, steel studs, and other materials from trucks.
• Carry and stock drywall sheets in designated rooms and floors.
• Work with team to safely transport materials in buildings.
• Inspect materials for damage and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow OSHA and safety policies and procedures.
• Use material handling equipment and PPE.
• Communicate with supervisors, drivers, and crew members.
• Assist with loading, cleanup, and other warehouse duties.
• Complete basic documentation related to deliveries and inventory.

What You’ll Do

• Unload drywall, insulation, steel studs, and other construction materials from delivery trucks
• Carry and stock drywall sheets in designated rooms and floors according to job site plans
• Work as part of a team to safely transport materials through residential and commercial buildings
• Inspect materials for damage and report shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
• Properly use material handling equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and crew members
• Assist with loading, cleanup, and other warehouse or job site duties as assigned
• Complete basic documentation related to deliveries, inventory, and order tracking
• Perform additional duties as needed
