Job summary

QXO is hiring a Delivery Associate to support accurate preparation, handling, and unloading of materials for customers and job sites. You will help ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and with strong customer service.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include unloading drywall and insulation, stocking materials, inspecting for damage, and maintaining organization while following OSHA policies and using PPE.

Responsibilities

• Unload drywall, insulation, steel studs, and other construction materials from delivery trucks.
• Carry and stock drywall sheets in designated rooms and floors according to job site plans.
• Work as part of a team to safely transport materials through residential and commercial buildings.
• Inspect materials for damage and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
• Properly use material handling equipment and PPE.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and crew members.
• Assist with loading, cleanup, and other warehouse or job site duties as assigned.
• Complete basic documentation related to deliveries, inventory, and order tracking.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

What you'll do:

COMPENSATION:

$20.00-$24.00 USD an hour
