Job summary

QXO in Denver, CO is seeking a Box Truck Delivery Driver to safely and efficiently deliver materials to customer locations and job sites. This role blends driving with hands-on loading, unloading, and verification of deliveries, requiring reliability, safety focus, and excellent customer service.

You will inspect vehicles, log deliveries, obtain signatures, coordinate with warehouse staff, and support yard operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
  • Deliver materials to job sites and customer locations accurately and on time.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
  • Verify materials, quantities, and delivery details before and after each delivery.
  • Obtain required documentation, such as signatures or proof of delivery.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete required paperwork.
  • Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel.
  • Address questions or concerns and ensure a positive delivery experience.
  • Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transport.
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, or corrections as needed.
  • Support warehouse or yard operations, including staging and organizing materials.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations.

What You'll Do

The Box Truck Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of materials to customer locations and job sites. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on support in loading, unloading, and verifying deliveries.
