Job summary

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is seeking a Delivery Assistant in East Windsor, CT to support the driver in unloading and delivering product to Dunkin stores. The role uses electric/manual pallet jacks and hand trucks, with responsibilities spanning product segregation and safe driving practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food, restaurant or warehouse settings is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and operate manual/electric pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with delivery of product to Dunkin stores using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Identify products on the truck under varying lighting conditions.
• Learn product descriptions and box types for proper delivery at each location.
• Place stock into correct store zones (freezer, cooler, dry).
• Lift boxes/bags of varying sizes and weights regularly.
• Guide the driver safely through parking lots and traffic.
• Navigate busy areas while delivering product with equipment.
• Safely operate lift gates on delivery vehicles.
• Support the driver with other safety-compliant tasks.
