Job summary

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is seeking a Delivery Assistant in Bellingham, MA to support driver delivery to Dunkin stores. You will use pallet jacks and hand trucks to move product, identify items, and organize stock in store zones.

Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to lift 55 lbs, and a flexible schedule with weekend work. NDCP offers competitive hourly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in food/restaurant/warehouse is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to follow simple directions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees and external customers.
• Strong team player.
• Flexible to varying work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with the delivery of product into Dunkin stores using an electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack and/or two-wheel hand truck.
• Identify the product(s) on the delivery truck under various lighting conditions.
• Learn product descriptions and box types to aid proper delivery at each location.
• Assist in placing stock into proper delivery zones (freezer, cooler, dry).
• Lift boxes and bags of varying sizes and weights frequently.
• Navigate parking lots to back up safely and guide the driver through areas.
