Job summary

OSG seeks a skilled Project Manager to structure Azure DevOps, govern SAFe delivery, and align multi‑team work with the business objective. You will own boards, cadence, and metrics, driving visibility and accountability across initiatives.

You’ll partner with Implementation, Technology, and client teams to optimize planning, capacity, and change management, delivering reliable releases and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Administer and configure Azure DevOps with board structure and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer and architect Azure DevOps, establishing Epic/Feature/Story hierarchy and governance.
• Run the SAFe cadence with PI Planning and ART ceremonies.
• Build and maintain the schedule across multi-team work and map dependencies.
• Design KPIs and dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) tied to revenue reporting.
• Plan capacity at sprint and PI levels across teams.
• Coordinate with Implementation, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own change and release management with RFC/PCR processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes and standards.
