Job summary

First American Financial is seeking a technically minded project manager with Agile experience to define and distribute work, grow team connections, report on delivery metrics, and partner with design and product to plan priorities and releases.

You will assist the IT Program Manager, manage deliverables in Azure DevOps, and align product with development for timely releases while handling bugs and impediments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience managing teams and projects.
• Exposure to Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage granular tasks within large projects.
• Excellent communication with engineers, designers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the IT Program Manager with day‑to‑day software delivery activities.
• Create, update, and maintain deliverables in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with design/product to define user requirements.
• Refine technical implementation and estimate effort with dev leads.
• Report sprint delivery and metrics via dashboards and decks.
• Clarify requirements and remove impediments for engineers.
• Align product and development to plan releases and own delivery of commitments.
• Respond to bugs and reallocate resources to resolve issues.
