Job summary

Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership delivering large-scale technology programs in regulated environments.
• Experience operating mission-critical platforms in banking/capital markets or similarly regulated domains.
• Strong technical prowess across integration, distributed systems, cloud, data, security, and operations.
• Proven ability to manage vendor ecosystems, technology investments, and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery across multiple platforms and vendor ecosystems.
• Own operational reliability and delivery outcomes for mission-critical systems in a regulated environment.
• Manage integrations, dependencies, risk, and delivery performance.
• Lead major incident management and drive systemic resilience improvements.
• Drive engineering excellence with SDLC, DevOps, quality engineering, and AI-enabled approaches.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align delivery with strategy, regulatory, and cost goals.
