Qualifications

• Minimum one-year collections, customer service, sales, or customer solutions advocacy experience.
• Proficient oral, written, and intrapersonal communication skills.
• Exemplary negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills with external and internal customers.
• Ability to work in a Call Center environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Pursue communication with defaulted customers to obtain payment commitments.
• Monitor delinquent accounts to identify alternatives to repossessions.
• Display time management to enhance productivity across systems.
• Skip trace accounts using statements, applications, and third-party services.
• Escalate complaints and accounts according to the bank's program.
• Mentor and train peers as a Customer Solutions SME.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and review performance metrics.
• Work independently while meeting deadlines.
