Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in multifamily leasing, marketing, or operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role, ideally overseeing a leasing, call center, or centralized operations team.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi and EliseAI (or comparable platforms), including leading a system implementation, migration, or major rollout.
• Experience owning delinquency, collections, or accounts receivable operations within a multifamily portfolio, including payment plans and eviction coordination.
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations, as well as applicable landlord‑tenant and collections requirements.

• Hire, train, coach, and manage the performance of Centralized Leasing Specialists, building clear career paths within centralization.
• Set individual and team performance goals, conduct one-on-ones and reviews.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training programs covering leasing best practices, Fair Housing compliance, platform usage, and brand voice.
• Build and maintain staffing models and shift plans to ensure timely follow-up during peak leasing cycles.
• Lead the portfolio-wide EliseAI rollout, from planning to go-live and post-launch optimization.
• Stand up, train, and refine Elise AI models per community, tuning flows and escalation rules.
• Partner with on-site teams to train them on Elise AI usage and feedback loops.
• Serve as primary liaison with EliseAI vendor for configuration, integration, and issue escalation.
• Design training materials for centralized and on-site teams to drive adoption of Yardi and EliseAI.
• Own platform administration for Yardi and EliseAI, including permissions, dashboards, and data integrity.
• Identify and pilot additional EliseAI capabilities to scale the centralized model.
• Standardize lead management, follow-up, and renewals SOPs portfolio-wide.
• Standardize communications scripts and cadence for outreach and renewal recovery.
• Ensure all centralized communications comply with Fair Housing and Omninet policies; perform quality audits.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue to align centralized messaging with pricing and promotions.
• Own the Leasing Performance Report and dashboards; track KPIs such as lead response, conversion, and renewals.
• Analyze performance trends and propose interventions across sites.
• Present updates and forecasts to executives.
• Benchmark and adjust staffing and process to industry standards.
• Own renewal season strategy across the portfolio; manage renewal recovery.
• Set renewal communication standards to residents.
• Work with property managers to set renewal targets.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage delinquency agents; oversee end-to-end delinquency experience portfolio-wide.
• Own delinquency processes including notices, payment plans, collections, and evictions.
• Maintain standardized delinquency policies and escalation thresholds.
• Build delinquency reporting dashboards and present trends to leadership.
• Train teams on delinquency procedures and tools including Yardi and EliseAI.
• Manage third-party collections and eviction counsel/vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and FDCPA; monitor laws.
• Set and track delinquency reduction targets by community.
