NYCDCC Benefit Funds seeks a Delinquency Analyst to resolve past-due employer accounts under the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements and the Funds’ policies. You will evaluate delinquencies, administer payment plans, reconcile employer accounts, and collaborate with employers, the Union, and external counsel to resolve issues.

The role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous records, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent record-keeping with high accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Process benefit shortage claims from members and agents.
• Review pay stubs and employer contribution records for shortages.
• Identify errors in shortage reports and determine remediation or escalation.
• Communicate with employers to resolve outstanding shortage claims.
• Cross-reference data against shop steward information.
• Review rebuttal information to resolve variances.
• Inform District Council of potential inaccuracies in reporting.
• Notify when multiple participant records exist to ensure consolidation.
• Prepare calculations of past-due contributions for delinquent employers.
• Issue demand letters and notices to arbitrate for delinquencies.
• Review open delinquency cases for timely follow-up and updated calculations.
• Complete ad-hoc delinquency analyses for inquiries from internal or external parties.
• Collect late payment interest and resolve disputes over charges.
• Support with payment plans and questionnaires.
