• Apply Federal regulations and procedures to deliver effective customer service.
• Use internet resources for skiptracing as needed.
• Perform basic calculations to determine delinquency days and monthly payments.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Work well in a team and in results-oriented environments.
• Operate a PC and learn agency programs and operations.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships within the department and agency.
