Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry; or equivalent of education and experience.
• Ability to learn and apply SOPs and HR Policies.

Responsibilities

• Develops subordinates to maximize their contributions and future promotion opportunities.
• Ensures execution of the restaurant's HR programs with a goal of retention and proper staffing levels.
• Develops and executes restaurant plans with District Manager and communicates priorities to staff.
