You will work with team members to ensure product freshness, accurate portions, and high-quality customer experiences in-store daily. The role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to translate pounds and ounces into decimals.
• Demonstrates basic math and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers in person and on the phone.
• Slice and weigh lunch meats and cheeses; confirm thickness with the customer.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the deli area.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and party trays per recipes and guidelines.
• Restock, rotate, and display products; operate slicers and wrapping equipment as required.
• Assist in with other duties as assigned and ensure product freshness.
