Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, deli cases, and backroom.
• Slice and weigh lunch meats and cheeses, confirming thickness with customers.
• Operate slicers, scales, and wrapping equipment.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and party trays following recipes.
• Assist with product production, packaging, presentation and restocking.
• Multi-task while keeping customers as the first priority.
• Follow safety, health, and temperature regulations.
