Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Hair restraint required (hair net or hat).
• Wear clean uniform and name tag at all times.
• Consistent use of gloves and safe use of knives.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, in person and on the phone.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, deli cases, and backroom.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Slice and weigh lunch meats and cheeses, and offer thickness options.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and party trays following company recipes.
• Ensure freshness and proper rotation of products.
• Operate deli equipment safely and efficiently.
