Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service in person and on the phone.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and deli cases according to guidelines.
• Slice and weigh lunch meats and cheeses and confirm thickness with customers.
• Prepare sandwiches and salads following company recipes.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and time-temperature controls.
• Assist with restocking, display presets, and product rotation.
• Operate deli equipment safely after training.
