Responsibilities

• Empower associates to deliver a simple, fresh and inspired shopping experience for every customer.
• Plan and prioritize work activities efficiently using time wisely.
• Identify and resolve problems by analyzing information and developing solutions.
• Communicate store, department and job information to associates from meetings and huddles.
• Ensure new associates are oriented to the department and benefits.
• Support the Customer 1st team and supervise deli associates.
• Delegate tasks with clear direction and monitor progress.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure coverage when absent.
• Follow safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and profit/loss reviews for the department.
