Job Description
- Experience Required: Retail work experience or Store Leader recommendation
- Experience Desired: Retail leadership or supervisory experience; successful performance as a Peer Trainer, in-store champion, or similar role; satisfactory performance and discipline record
- Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or Licensing Required: Food Safety
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
- Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities
- Perform key duties such as interviewing, selecting, training Team Members, directing work, appraising productivity, handling issues, disciplining, planning, assigning work, ensuring safety, managing budgets and inventory, and monitoring compliance.
- Oversee and evaluate training to reduce turnover, promote efficiency, and control labor costs.
- Provide motivational leadership by fostering respect and setting an exemplary example.
- Identify team strengths and opportunities, and plan strategically for scheduling.
- Develop future leaders by recognizing Team Members with growth potential.
- Promote inclusion and diversity, giving each Team Member a voice.
- Prioritize safety for Team Members, guests, and products.
- Inspire passion for food and a commitment to excellence among the team and guests.
- Set and achieve sales and profit goals, manage shrink, and suggest improvements.
- Establish communication plans to keep the team informed and prepared.
- Coordinate with merchandising to communicate promotions effectively.
- Propose innovative plans to enhance business performance.
- Analyze financial and operational reports to improve sales, profits, shrink, labor, and inventory management.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and monitor fluctuations weekly.
