Qualifications

• Read, write and apply instructions, recipes and training materials.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Communicate effectively with staff, customers and vendors.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead deli staff with planning, training and performance management.
• Ensure deli operations meet food safety, franchise and company standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering and price data with vendors.
• Maintain cost sheets and monitor SKU costs.
• Receive and prepare deli orders per Serv-Safe standards.
• Keep deli areas clean and prepared for inspections.
• Assist in other store operations and handle transactions.
• Work on-site at the assigned store location.
• Follow company policies and complete training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
