Job summary

Town Pump is seeking a motivated Store Deli Manager to join our team in Montana. You will assist in supervision, planning, and controlling food costs, while leading by example in customer service and deli operations.

Responsibilities include training new staff, daily task delegation, maintaining inventory and freshness, ensuring sanitation and safety, and coordinating with vendors. ServSafe certification is required or may be waived by the Deli Operations Manager, and a valid driver's license is

Qualifications

• Experience in deli operations and food prep.
• Proven ability to train and mentor staff.
• ServSafe certification required or waived by Deli Ops Manager.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager with supervision and cost control.
• Lead customer service and deli operations.
• Conduct new employee orientation and training.
• Prioritize, delegate and follow up on tasks daily.
• Maintain deli inventory and ensure freshness and rotation.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and check deliveries.
• Monitor PLUs and print till lists.
