Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate slicers and food preparation equipment following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills for weighing, portioning, and transactions.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh deli items and assist customers selecting deli products.
• Slice meats and prepare grab-and-go options.
• Keep the deli department stocked, clean and fresh throughout the day.
• Monitor product freshness and correct temperature in displays.
• Operate slicers and equipment safely and efficiently.
