Qualifications

• Clear communication when taking orders in person or by phone.
• Experience preparing deli products, including slicing, assembling, and portioning.
• Understanding of deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods, and hot case items.
• Accuracy in portioning, labeling, pricing, and order completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold items and grab‑and‑go options.
• Stock and maintain organized displays; monitor freshness and temperature.
• Assist customers, take orders, and run slicers safely after training.
• Restock, clean, and keep the department fast‑paced and welcoming.
