The GIANT Company is seeking a deli associate to handle and knowledgeably manage deli products, assist customers, and maintain clean, compliant work areas.

You will receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, and stock deli items while following safety protocols and company policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and friendly customer interactions in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service as part of every GIANT/MARTIN'S role.
• Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, and package products.
• Maintain proper shelf, case, and display conditions, including stocking and rotating products.
• Maintain proper cooler conditions, coding, rotating, organizing cases, and cleaning.
• Maintain prep area conditions, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations for the deli area.
• Keep the sales floor safe and clean, including sweeping and mopping.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and promote products through suggestive selling.
