Responsibilities

• Provide polite greetings and interact with guests.
• Prepare deli products for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing).
• Maintain product levels, quality and freshness.
• Uphold sanitation standards in coolers, prep, and sales areas.
• Communicate guest requests to management and temperature breaks to supervisor.
• Keep supply areas neat and tidy; assist with receiving and storage.
• Support in announcing specials and sales via PA system.
• Perform front porch duties to maintain guest arrival standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
