Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills are important.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a polite, friendly manner.
• Prepare deli products for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
• Ensure sanitation standards in cooler, freezer, prep area and sales floor.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Report temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply area neat, clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Handle front porch duties to maintain guest arrival standards.
• Announce specials and sale information over PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
