Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand information and directions.
• Effective communication, customer service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
• Perform assigned duties in a fast-paced environment while engaging with guests and team members.
• Explain products available in the deli area, including ingredients and menu items.
• Actively offer samples and describe offerings as needed.
• Prepare products for sale, including frying, cutting, slicing, weighing and cooking.
• Maintain product quality and freshness according to station guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
• Communicate guest requests to management and respond promptly.
