Coborn's is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team. We provide training; you bring the positive attitude and desire to learn.

You will create a fun and friendly atmosphere and actively engage guests through product samples and suggestive selling. Responsibilities include slicing, weighing, packaging, and labeling meat and cheese, prepping salads, serving hot case items, stocking the deli, and preparing trays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through the hot case
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations
• In this position, you may also be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders baking/frying products.
