Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years (Hornbacher's location requires 18 years or older).

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food to guests through the hot case as applicable.
• Stock and maintain a visually appealing deli case and product areas.
• Prepare trays and display items for merchandising and sale.
• Follow food safety guidelines and health/sanitation regulations.
• May assist with dish washing, mixing ingredients, and catering orders.
