Job summary

Price Chopper in Morristown, VT is hiring a deli associate to deliver fast, friendly service and assist in preparing and merchandising deli products. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass performance reviews.
• Strong communication skills and basic literacy.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Smile, make eye contact and thank customers after fulfilling requests.
• Assist with sampling, suggestive selling, and end transactions with a thank you.
• Maintain a neat, clean workstation following 5S standards at all times.
• Handle, merchandise, and cook deli products per company standards.
• Prepare in-store made prepared foods and chicken roaster program items.
• Perform sanitation duties in the department according to regulations.
• Control shrink and maintain logs for cold/hot foods and cooling.
• Adhere to all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
